How much is the application money and is it refundable?

Rs 21,000 for every flat type. If a flat is not allotted to you in the draw, the full amount is refunded to the same account you paid from — usually credited within 5–7 working days of the refund being initiated.

What do I need to keep ready before applying?

Your mobile number, PAN, address and the last four digits of your Aadhaar. Payment can be made by UPI, debit card, credit card or net banking.

Is the project approved?

Yes. Kannan Greens is registered under U.P. RERA as UPRERAPRJ12294 and is approved by GDA and Awas Bandhu (U.P.). All certificates are available in the documents section above.

Can I get a home loan on this flat?
